JAPANESE USE GAS
CHINESE ALLEGATION CHUNGKING, Nov. 22. A soecial communuique issued by the Chinese alleged that Japanese troops in China's “rice bowl” used poison gas on a large scale to frustrate stiff Chinese resistance and prevent Chinese counter-attacks. Written orders found on Japanesce corpses will be published shortly.
