MERGER PROCEEDING
(P.R.) WELLINGTON, .July 22. “Some time ago technical personnel and equipment of the National Broadcasting Service and the National Commercial Broadcasting Service were amalgamated with the consequent release of technicians for war service. Arrangements for the amalgamation of the remaining sections of the two services are proceeding, stated the Prime Minister, (lie Rt. Hon. P. Fraser, in the House of Representatives last night. He was replying to notice of a question by Mr. W. S Goosman (Nat.. Waikato).
