Bulls recently used as herd sires were the well known “Matoki Volunteer" a son of Brampton Coy Volunteer (imp.), and "Waikohu Journalist," (a son of the great bull Wellfield Lord), whose daughters have produced up to 901 b. of fat per month, and the present herd sire "Waikohu Golden Laddie.” Many of the cows (o be offered are from selected dams, procured from the Government Farm, Ruakura, Mr. Hamilton Allan, Te Awamutu. and Mr. Fleming, Waimana, Bay of Plenty.
