Loss to Gisborne

The loss Gisborne had suffered in the death of Mr ,T. W. Fergie, stationmaster. was expressed in a motion of condolence passed by members of the Gisborne Chamber of Commerce yesterday afternoon. The president, Mr I. J. Quigley, said that Mr Fergie had been a very useful and energetic member of the cotnmunity and had displayed the utmost interest in its welfare. He had been a member of the chamber for some years.
