CANBERRA, July .15. Reports from Stockholm reaching New York say that a Berlin garage owner offered a Swedish traveller to trade an automobile for 12 recent copies of an American magazine. Many similar reports show the existence of a wide-spread black market in Germany where skyrocketing prices ore paid for British. American and other non-Nazi periodicals which command £lO to £ls a copy.
