ROME FOOD SHORTAGE
'.9 a.m.) LONDON. July 9 The Governor of Rome has an nounced a curtailment of certain foodstuffs as a result of transport difficulties, says the Rome radio, which also revealed that new storehouses are being built to increase the city’s food reserves.
