£50,000 CHURCH FUND
Details of a Presbyterian Church scheme by which it is proposed to raise £50.000 for rehabilitation on the overseas mission fields of the church after the war and for church buildings in the Dominion have been unanimously approved by the mission committee of the church in Auckland. The proposal had previously been unanimously approved by the finance committee of the church in Wellington, which expressed the opinion that the present was the time to make such an appeal.
