GREECE “IN REVOLT”
GERMAN DECLARATION DEATH PENALTY THREAT (10.30 a.m.) CAIRO, July 7. Following the recent civilian demonstrations against the execution of Greek hostages, the German military governor declared Greece to be in a state of revolution, reports the Hellenic news service. The declaration stipulates that further disorders and infringements of social security may be punished with death.
