AMERICAN BASKETBALL
The feature of the American basketball games played- on Monday night at the Y.M.C.A. was the surprise win Ratas scored over Air Force A. Katas played an excellent jr;,mc, using hustling tactics and won' by three steals. Police A and I! still retain their Unbroken record of wins for the season. In the women’s section Pettics played a good game and succeeded in drawing with Eagle's, last year’s champions. Results:— Men’s Section.—-Ratas 20 v. Air Force A IT: Police A 31 v. Air Force B 10; Native Department beat Home Guard by default: Police B 10 v. Public Service 7; A.D.S. beat Y.M.C.A. by default. ; ’ Women’s Section.—Common. Sheltons £< v.
