14-DAY STRIKE ENDS
SYDNEY W.ATERSIDERS GANG SYSTEM ACCEPTED (11 a.m.) SYDNEY, April 13. By a majority of 110 votes, the Sydney waterside workers in a secret hiillot decided to accept the Stevedoring Commission’s gang system and return to work. Details of the voting were: For the gang system, 1957; against, 1847; informal, 19; missing, seven. The strike lasted 14 days.
