DROPPED FROM PLANES HAVOC IN CROATIA (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, April 11. The Croat Quisling, Lorkovitch, stated that .sabotage in Croatia is in the hands of murderers and mcendiarists— parachutists . dropped by Britain and Russia.
