(10 a.m.) BERNE, Dec. 13. Italian losses in November totalled 20,416, of whom 23,284 are listed as missing in North Africa. Italian losses on all fronts total, dead 1353, wounded 1353, and missing 23,711. Italian losses on the Balkans front were 253 killed and 325 wounded, bringing the total losses on the Balkan front in the past year to 5030 killed and 521 wounded.
