STALIN’S LETTER SECOND-FRONT ISSUE EXPLANATION SOUGHT (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. 1 (2 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 5. The British and American Ambassadors an Moscow informally discussed M. Staling.letter on a question of a second front. The Associated Press’ Moscow correspondent says that they are expected to seek an explanation of some of its phrases. Diplomatic circles believe that the letter reveals differences in the views of the Allied capitals. The Moscow radio read M.
