TO VISIT BRITAIN GROUP TOURS GERMANY (9.30 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 14. The Turkish Government has approved of five Turkish editors visiting England on September 1. A message from Berlin states that a group of Turkish journalists, who have been touring Germany, have arrived on the Russian front. Ihey were tendered .a banquet by General von Manstein. _____
