The Nazi Propaganda Minister, Dr. Goebbels admits that Germany jsnot rriaKing mass raids on Britain becaajse. the planes are needed in Russia. In an article published in Das Reich, Dr. Goebbels says: “It would be possible to withdraw„ sevprqi thousand planes from the; earit&tfd hp£F .them against Britain in massive reprisal attacks on a scale which wAuld deprive the Royal A* l- Force of any desire to terrorise l German towns by spiteful attacks. She does not do this because she is fighting the war to win and not to ind_ul£'e'“lffa desire for revenge which /feouitf. split up her forces which is the* aim pf the enemy war leaders. ? . " --- “The German method is to concentrate on a great plan from which-she will never diverge, however unfavourable the attendant effetts.” ;
