OCCUPIED BURMA CONTROL BREAKS DOWN (10.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 3. The Calcutta correspondent of the Daily Telegraph reports that tribal unrest, threatened famine, administrative chaos and the breaking down of communications are harassing the Japanese in occupied Burma. Their advanced forces in the north which pushed as far as Homalin have now retired to Kalewa.
