MATERNITY HOME FEES CRITICISM IN HQUSE (P.R.) WELLINGTON, this day. The custom of some maternity homes charging patients additional fees to those allowed under the social security scheme was sharply criticised in the Hofise of Representatives when the social security benefits estimates were under discussion.
