GERMAN THREAT
CIVILIANS IN EUROPE AIDING ALLIED FORCES (9.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 1. An official statement issued in Berlin threatens punishment according to t'he harsh rules of martial law against any civilian in occupied Europe who aids Allied parachutists. The statement adds that the exiled Governments in London and Washington are busy creating disorder and unrest in their former homelands.
