AMERICAN CAMPAIGN ADVERTISING LINK-UP (10 a.m.) NEW YORK, June 30. Eleven thousand newspapers in the United States will co-operate in the new national salvage programme which will use the full force. p national advertising in an effort to collect the scrap, needed for the war production. The campaign will begin on July 13 using an exceptionally large list ol daily and weekly newspapers and radio stations to put across the idea The campaign will be an all-out effort, for the duration of the war. A special feature of the campaign will be a new song “Junk will win the war, which will be introduced by Bmg Crosby.
