Provides' . . . “that no person shall use any electric RADIATOR OR OTHER ELECTRIC SPACE HEATING APPLIANCE or equipment he tween the hours of 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the months of MAY, JUNE, JULY and AUGUST in each year, on any day, except Sunday.” At the present time there is no restriction in private houses, but housewives and consumers generally are asked to avoid waste of electricity.
