ARMY AIR TRANSPORT
U.S. WORLD-WIDE SYSTEM (9 a.m.) WASHINGTON. June 28. The War Department announced the establishment of a world-wide military qir transport system to carry men, materials and mail to the army’s far-flung outposts. Commercial airlines, ' including the Pan-American, will be used wherever practicable, but the military transport system \vill be put into operation wherever essential.
