REHEARING REFUSED
DEPORTATION CASE SUIT AGAINST BRIDGES (9.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, June 5. The Attorney-General, Mr. Francis Biddle, denied without comment, a petition by Mr. Harry Bridges for a rehearing of the issues of law and fact leading to the deportation order against him. The hearing on a habeas corpus writ will be held in the Federal Court in San Francisco on Monday. . •
