FALL FROM A LORRY
ELDERLY MAN KILLED (P.A.) PALMERSTON N„ this day. Mr. Lleon Elmer Downes, an elderly man, residing in Palmerston North, was killed yesterday afternoon as a result of a fall from a lorry. The deceased was standing on the back, with his hards on the cab roof for support, but he,overbalanced when the vehicle rounded a corner.
