KILLED IN ACCIDENT

Sergeant Barry Arthur Neill, who lost his life recently as a result of an aircraft accident while training with the Royal New Zealand Air Force in Britain. Sergeant Neill was the second son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Alban Neill, who were well known in Gisborne and on the East Coast, Mr. Neill having been one of the prominent licensees of the district. Sergeant Neill was educated at the Marist Brothers’ School in Gisborne.
