U.S.A. HEALTH CONSERVATION PROGRAMME A newspaper report states that a large war products plant in U.S.A. has adopted a “health conservation programme" t& keep men and women working at full capacity for the national defence programme. It is hoped to overcome the regular mass exodus from work due to colds. As in Britain the common cold germ has been found to be a dangerous saboteur of the war effort.
