ANKARA BOMBING
MEANT FOR VON PAPEN (2 p.m.) ANKARA, Mar. C. It has been- officially established that the bomb thrown on February 24 was intended for Herr von Papen, the German Ambassador, The thrower was Omer Tolcat, a Yugoslavian who became a naturalised Turk last year.
