H.B. RAM FAIR (Per Press Association.) HASTINGS, this dc.J\ Tiie Hawke’s Bay Ram Fair which opened yesterday, is concluding to-day. Flock Romneys were before the buyers yesterday and the prices ranged from 0 to lOgns., the top price being lOgns. The quality was mixed. There was a good demand for best quality. Tin? flock Soutlidowns offered to-day were superior to the Romineys, the top price for which was 2Ukiih. Best, quality pens ranged from 9to 15gns. There was a keen demand lor what was considered the best oflering of (lock Southdowns for some years.
