The Chungking official radio announced In a Communique that Chinese troops are striking steadily at Japanese railways and highways on a 1000-ihile front. The Government spokesman said that Chinese troops in Burma had not yet been ill action, but were taking battle .stations, preparing for an attack from Thailand.
