FREE FRENCH ADMIRAL

OVATION AT ST. PIERRE (Reed. Dec. 27, 1 p.m.) LONDON. Dec. 26. The inhabitants of St. Pierre, which has been occupied by Free French forces, gave Admiral Muselier an ovation when he attended a ceremony at the war memorial. Admiral Muselier appointed M. Alain Savary administrator. A Vichy supporter, Governor de Bournat, was placed under protective arrest pending a decision in his case.
