E., E.D., Central Infantry, is appointed Deputy Assistant Adjutant and Quartermaster-General, Second New Zealand Expeditionary Force. Divisional Cavalry.—Lieutenant A. Van Slyke is granted the temporary rank of captain while acting as second in command of a squadron. Armoured Fighting Vehicles School, Waiouru.—Lieutenant B. F. Seeats, New Zealand Staff Corps, is appointed assistant instructor, Junior Leaders’ Wing. Royal New Zealand Air Force. — Kenneth Brooke Garland is granted a temporary commission in the Air Training Corps, in the rank of flying officer.
