Volunteer Territorial, collective training.—Douglas Wilfred Vickers, stock buyer, Wairoa, allowed. "Ballot Case, collective intensive training.—Bruce Richardson, sheepfarmer, Tarewa, adjourned until February. Volunteer Territorial, garrison duty. —Antonio Rangi, shearer and general labourer, Wairoa, released in February and to remain in his present position; M. Rongo. shepherd, Mahia, adjourned until March. Ballot Cases, Territorial Service. — Maurice John Bretherton, farm hand, Wairoa, released in March; Benjamin Arkwright Thorpe, farmhand, Wairoa, released in March; Roger Frederick Martin, shepherd, Wairoa, released in March; Peter Desmond O’Malley, junior clerk, Wairoa, released in March; Wilfred Rea Hood, invoice clerk, Wairoa, released in March; volunteer for overseas, Maori Battalion, Pitiera Kopu Hawaikirangi, sawmill hand, Wairoa, released for service; Jimmy Ruri, mill hand, Tuai, released for service; volunteer for overseas, fit for service in New Zealand, Jimmy Hema, driver, Wairoa, adjourned sine die; volunteer territorial, Blue Te Hau, labourer, Frasertown, released for service; ballot, collective intensive training, Derek Henry Stuart Glynan, adjourned until February for review; Richard Clark, apprentice, released in March; Nelson Day, apprentice, released in January; Rangi Te Hau, Nuhaka, shepherd, released for service.
