ARRIVAL IN RUSSIA
POLISH PRIME MINISTER (British Official Wireless.) Reed. noon. RUGBY, Dec. 1. The Moscow radio reports that the Polish Prime Minister, General Sikorski, reached Kuibyshev yesterday, accompanied by his Chief of Staff, and was met by M. Vysldnsky, one of the vice-chairmen of the Council of Commissars.
