EXECUTIVES’ SALARIES (Reed. Dec. 1, 9 a.m.) OTTAWA, Nov. 30. The Canadian Finance Minister, Mr. J. L. Ilsley, announced that the Government has approved of a war-time salaries order, providing that employers shall not increase the salary rate paid on or before November 6. Salaries are defined to include bonuses and all other forms of income received from an employer. The order applies to all managerial and other executives and employees above the rank or foreman or comparable rank.
