GUESTS OF MINISTER
GIRL MUNITION WORKERS (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Nov. 30. Six girls who have just completed 82,944 working hours filling bombs and shells in the north and south Midlands, were week-end guests of the Minister of Supply, Lord Beaverbrook, in London. This was arranged in recognition of the first-class workers and excellent timekeeping. The achievement of these six girls epitomises British women’s work for victory.
