LORD GALWAY’S MESSAGE
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day.
The following telegram sent by Lord Galway, has been received by the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser: “Heartiest congratulations on the magnificent action of the New Zealand troops in Libya.” Mr. Fraser sent the following reply: “It is with very great pleasure I acknowledge your telegram of congratulations. The Government and people of New Zealand are watching events in Libya with intense interest and justifiable pride in the splendid achievements of the New Zealand Division. This further indication of your continued interest in the Dominion and its overseas forces is most warmly appreciated. Regards. Fraser.’
