GERMAN TRANSFERS
PLANES FROM RUSSIA TROOPS AND MATERIALS (Reed. Nov. 27, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 26. The Daily Express says it is reported in Kuibyshev that the Germans have been compelled to withdraw considerable air forces from the Russian front for Libya. Travellers from the Balkans reaching Ankara say that three to four train loads of German troops and war materials recently passed through Skoplje, bound for Salonika, for the purpose of going to Libya.
