“I want N to be perfectly frank; I have consulted the other medical witnesses about this case,” said a doctor when giving evidence in a damages claim in the Auckland Supreme Court. “A very proper thing to have done,” said Mr. Justice Callan. ‘‘l wish doctors would do more of it. I know the doctors have very difficult problems to solve at times.”
