DEATH AT 99 YEARS
NEW PLYMOUTH WOMAN (Per Preaa Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. New Plymouth’s oldest resident, Mrs. Sarah Hannah' Chatterton, died yesterday in her ninety-ninth year. Mrs. Chatterton, who retained her faculties to the end, came of a longliving family. Her father reached the age of 94 and her sister 92. She was born at Carlton-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire, and came to New Zealand in 1884.
