COURT OF APPEAL
DIVISIONS ANNOUNCED (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The appointment of members of the first and second divisions of the Court of Appeal was announced in last night’s Gazette. The first division consists of the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, Mr. Justice Blair, Mr. Justice Kennedy, Mr. Justice Callan and Mr. Justice Northcroft, and the second division of Sir Michael Myers, Mr. Justice Ostler, Mr. Justice Smith, Mr. Justice Johnston and Mr. Justice Fair.
