A rupture between Bulgaria and the Soviet is now expected within a few days. A vital decision is expected to be reached at a conference between King Boris, Hitler, von Papon, and German army chiefs at Hitler’s headquarters on the eastern front, whither King Boris is now said to be on his way. The Bulgarian Prime Minister, M Filoff, in a speech at Sofia, said: "We ought to add our efforts to those countries combating bolshevism, which still threatens Bulgaria." Informed quarters in London believe that a decision to go to war may lead to a revolt in Bulgaria. fl if rumoured that an understanding .has already been made between the Bulgarian “people’s leaders" and Moscow for the deposition of King Boris il he commits the country to war. The Berne correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain reports that the Bulgarian authorities have executed Communist deputies and interned Peasant Party deputies. The Russian Information Bureau denying Bulgarian allegations that Russian parachutists and saboteurs landed in Bulgaria, stated the allegation was obviously an act of provocation by Hitlerite agents.
