PRISONERS’ WAR WORK
BIG BRITISH OUTPUT (Reed. Sept. 22, 2 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 21. The Daily Telegraph says that convicts and also prisoners in local prisons during the past year produced over £500,000 worth of war materials. The whole of the prison industry has switched to the war effort.
