MISSION TO TURKEY (Reed. Sept. 8, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 7. The National Broadcasting Corporations’ Ankara correspondent states that the Nazi trade negotiator, Dr. Clc-dius, arrived at Istanbul with experts. It is understood that he is offering liberal credits for Turkish imports from Germany and seeking to purchase all of Turkey’s exports, but Dr. Clodius knows that the transport difficulties and Turkey’s contracts tvith Britain and America make a trade deal practically impossible. Therefore the political aspects of the visit are most interesting.
