NEW YORK FACILITIES
EXTENSION OF PORT (Reed. Aug. 16, 2 p.m.) NEW YORK, Aug. 15. The United States Army authorities announced they are rushing the construction of new port facilities at New York to cost £500,000,000 to expedite the shipment of supplies to Britain.
