RAIN, SLEET AND SNOW (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Heavy rain, accompanied by sleet and snow during the night, caused the postponement of the Canterbury Jockey Club’s races at Riccarton. The committee will meet later to fix a new date. All Rugby, hockey and basketball have also been postponed.
