BILL REFERRED BACK (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. When the debate was resumed in the House of Representatives yesterday on whether the Wanganui Harbour District and Empowering Amendment Bill .should be referred back to the. Local Bills Committee, the acting-Prime Minister, the Hon. W. Nash, suggested that the chairman of the committee, Mr. J. W. Munro, in view of the statements that other evidence might be heard on >the bill, should agree to take the measure back for reconsideration by the committee. The bill might then be allowed to come before the House again. This suggestion was adopted by the House without further discussion.
