MR. ROOSEVELTS CRUISE STRICTEST SECRECY (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Aug. 6, 1.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Aug. 5. The Navy Department has announced that President Roosevelt conferred with Adnjiral King, the commander of the Atlantic Fleet, aboard the cruising yacht Potomac to-day. Strict secrecy is being enjoined regarding the route and movements of the yacht. Mr. Roosevelt lias already benefited by the rest and the sea air.
