£2OOO TO CHRISTCHURCH MARTON TAKES £SOO (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The “Luck For All" art union was drawn to-day. The major prize winners are: First, £2000.-122.823, H. J. Ranger, 42 Kinloch street, St. Albans, Christchurch. Second, £SOO. —157,904, “Rata Rascals,” Marton butt. Third, £250.-95,471. “All For Luck,” Outram. Fourth, £l5O. —124,234, “Reaper and Binder,” Templeton. Fifth. £IOO.-46,001, 13 Long Drive, St. Helier’s. WINNER OF £2OOO PRIZE (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The winner of the first prize of £2OOO in the art union is Mr. H. J. Ranger, who is well known as a pioneer motorist and bowler. Mr. Ranger is now aged 78 and is going blind. He has no plans for spending the money but believes that he may be able to use it to restore his eyesight. GISBORNE WINNERS (Special to the Herald.) WELLINGTON, this day.
