CHANNEL AIR FIGHTS
BRITISH OFFENSIVE (British Oliicinl Wireless.) Reed. 2 p.m. RUGBY, July 31. An Air Ministry communique states: ‘Aircraft of the Fighter Command, n the course of severol offensive operations over the Channel and the coast of France to-day destroyed two enemy fighters. Two of our planes are missing, bu one upilot is safe.” The Air Ministry and Ministry of Home Security announced in a communique that at few enemy aircraft Jew near the coast to-day, but not crossed it.
