Safe in France

Advice has been received by Mrs. M. Barlow, Gisborne, through the Geneva Red Cross that her son. Mr. Theodore Barlow. Pont Saint Pierre, Eure, France, is .safe and well. The advice stated that Mr. Barlow had been separated from his wife by th& Germans until the end of the war, but both were well. After the last war Mr. Barlow married r. French girl and the couple came to New Zealand. Seven o'r eight years ago, however, they returned to France. Nothing had been heard of the couple since the over-run of France by the German army and relief will be felt by Mr, Barlow’s relatives at the news that he is safe.
