The Domei agency’s Harbin correspondent says that a disastrous earthquake rocked northern Manchuria shortly after midday on Tuesday. Thirty-three persons were killed at Suihwa, north of Harbin, when a brick factory and dwellings collapsed. It is reported that scores were killed and hundreds injured in other cities.
